Peter Crowther

Peter Crowther ("Dark Times,"Hours of Darkness) has edited or co-edited 15 anthologies, written a collaborative novel (Escardy Gap, with James Lovegrove), and sold some 90 stories to magazines and anthologies on both sides of the Atlantic. Two collections of his stories -- The Longest Single Note (US) and Lonesome Roads (UK), the latter winning the British Fantasy Award for Year's Best Collection -- were published in 1999: a third, Fireside Journeys, will appear in a CD format in summer 2001 and a fourth, Conumdrums to Guess, is scheduled for a spring 2002 book release. In 1999 he started a specialist publishing imprint, PS Publishing, just so he has something to do in his spare time. He lives in England with his wife, Nicky, and their two sons.
